Just bought a new low carb book to help with my weight loss journey. For some reason, I am not losing, despite being 100% on-plan. Perhaps this will shed some light. It is not Atkins, but a version of it called Ketogenic.
Right now, I am staying at 0g carbs. So far, it is not working for me and I add some greens. The author lost 6 lbs. in a week and has gone from 160 lbs. to 125 lbs., and has kept it there.
I truly want that and can't understand why it's been so elusive. DH is not losing either.
