Did not weight this AM but was able to button a pair of jeans I could not wear 2 months ago! Means I am still loosing! The 223 weight I entered is what I weighed at the Dr on April 20th. The Dr gave me a glowing report (plus a couple of High Fives!) because in 6 months I had lost 48 lbs and lowered my A1C from 6.2 to 5.5! This number is w/in the normal range but could probably go lower still. Oh yeah, I'm also off my blood pressure meds! WhooHOOO! YAY ME!
