Falling off the low-carb wagon hit me on Saturday. Don't know what happened. Yes I do. Had a sandwich for lunch with hubby. When I realized the carbs I just ate - I said what the heck - might as go all the way. Even have 2 chocolate chip cookies. I didn't even really enjoy the way I used to. Guess that's a good thing. Well the weekend is the past and I have to look to the future. The scale is only showing the error of my way.
Wagons on the right road again. I know there will be bumps in the road, but just have to fasten my seat belt tighter and hold on.
