My goal is to lose 30 lbs in 15 weeks. 2 lbs a week is very doable and healthy. As long as I stay focused I'll be there in Aug. That doesn't seem too far away! My lowest weight in the last 5 years has been 195. I'm going to meet that by Aug for sure!
