Finally back from vacation. It was great...but getting back to work this morning was rough !!!! :) Ive gotta catch up on my messages and such...so be patient with me if ya sent me mail :) Was successful in exercising while away....luckily where we stayed had excellent fitness rooms. weight steady. ((kissing the ground))
will have to post some pics from vacation later. Hope everyone was good while I was gone. :)
