400 gr is nothing :) Don't worry, I gained 2 kg last 2 weeks :D too much chocolate and ice creams :) Bur from today I'm back and keeping eat healty :) So..don't worry for 400 gr, stay away from carbs for few days and you'll lose these 400 gr
