What a week! Busy, busy, busy on top of plenty of stressful moments pretty much sums it all up. I am starting to sound like a broken record, I know. Through all of this stress, I have never wavered on my weight loss. I cannot gain this weight back after all of the struggles I have endured to lose the pounds. In the past, any minor stressful moment would be an excuse to give up on taking care of myself (both mentally & physically), but now I find that when I journal about my day, & keep track of my food and exercise, I hold myself accountable to keeping the weight off. I am also grateful for all of my FS friends who encourage me and others to never give up with their inspiring journals and advice. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and weekend! ❤️️
