This week I did not gain or lose weight, but I ate a lot, but I also had a lot of physical activity, training, doing work at home, I have been painting the house for almost 4 weeks, making adjustments, repairs, and I do it in a way that involves greater physical effort xd 🙂 

💪💪 I hate painting ! I enjoy most home projects besides that though  

Hahaha, the last time I painted the house I was a teenager xD, for many years without painting I had to learn again xD, the truth is that I am loving making improvements in the house with my own hands :)
