Walked this morning before catching the lunchtime flight, so have notched up 7500 steps. Really wanted to stop at the bottle shop but grabbed nuts and fruit for tomorrow instead. Then I used the hotel pool for half an hour, just paddling up and down until my arms were tired. Pretty pathetic really but if I did this every day for 6 months I’d end up with a waist again. Not sure how I will get my steps in the next 2 days, but I’ve finished tea and feeling good. Day one done! Only 181 to go.
