I have to admit I am behind on your journals, because there are so many members now, but I see your weigh ins and I am cheering you on. ♥ Once in a while I have been having egg white omelets with veggies for breakfast. So here is my tip, if you have not had omelets before: Increase the color, flavor and fiber of your morning omelet with vegetables! Chop, sauté, and add the vegetables to the egg as it cooks. Try combining different veggies, such as mushrooms, spinach, onions, or bell peppers. If you like it spicy, sprinkle on some black pepper or a few drops of Sriracha sauce.
