We went on vacation to Arkansas and visited Natural Falls. It was beautiful. a 77ft waterfall!
We took a 2 hour hike there and I even did it carrying my 8 month old on my chest. TALK ABOUT A WORKOUT! We also visited a cave there where i let my oldest piggyback ride on me. I WAS FEELING TOUGH! HAHA!
Needless to say i figured i had done enough exercise to try the best pizza in town. It was soooo good!
Didnt gain weight because of my effort so thats good.
