Down about 3/4 of a pound. This is very good. I skipped the gym yesterday after having gone two days straight. On the other hand, I've been getting regular movement in.

Yesterday, the mercury hit 100. We've had one of the longest strings of 90+ degree days ever. This may be "Hotlanta", but it has been an oppressively hot summer in comparison to most. I'm dreading the start of the semester since my classrooms are a mile from my office. With this sort of heat, and the chance of a remission slight until late September/early October, it's going to be fun.
