First week down. Did not stick to the calorie count that well. Yesterday and Friday I had treats. Steve and I went out to eat two days in a row but I didn't eat high calorie food. Steve has been coaching me in running. We ran 1 mile each day for the first week. Stepped it up a quarter mile yesterday. I hope the knees do well. Funny--I have been a long distance runner for years and now I am down to having a coach. Got to love that man. He wants the best for me.
