And finally another lb! Well that's cool, but of course it's the weekend. I have yet to defeat the weekend weight gain, maybe this time🤞

Is there a reason you have to eat differently this weekend? If you usually have a cocktail, make something with no alcohol like sparkling water & lime. Have a filling low calorie meal like seafood & lots of veggies. Incorporate a walk into your activities. There wil be many weekends in your future. They don't have to derail you.

We always go out to dinner one night during weekend so I just try to plan around it. Same as you, sometimes successful, sometimes not but when I over indulge I just adjust during the week.👍
