I think my body is developing muscle. I'm back at the gym working out regularly and eating fairly healthy and haven't lost any this week. I can physically see the difference. I'm losing inches I can tell from how my clothes fit, but not seeing it on the scale. That is fine with me. More muscle means a healthier, leaner me!
