ok, I wasn't going to weigh in since I've been AWAY for so long. But I figured I better be straight with ALL you & ME too. So yup, I did go up, I was off & on my woe & wol. BUT I am here now. I was on my woe yesterday and I am today, AND I plan on being ON tomorrow & the other tomorrows. I know I need to take it one day at a time and at times it seems like one moment at a time. BUT, I also know sometimes, I get myself into a mental issue with thinking, "well, ok I went off today, I'll just pick it up tomorrow" or I'll have thought, "well I'll START tomorrow and have one last binge". BUT now I'm starting to think, maybe this is me sabotaging myself. I really NEED to 'build on each day', in other words, HEY, I was good yesterday, lets ADD that to today and be good (on my woe) TODAY, then tomorrow, add those 2 and continue the trend. SO, lets see if this 'change' in mindset will help me keep the 'ball' rolling each day, by building on the last :-) Today is/was a good day, as was yesterday & planning on it tomorrow :-) Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
