So it's a rainy day over here so I got myself into the local shopping centre and did my 7000 step's (I'm upping it weekly) I'm always buying Boost juice for others, so I decided to ask for a low sugar, low carb one, well lets just say that Wondermelon is now going tobe my go to so I can now buy myself one too. I also bought some big juicy Australian Tiger prawns for dinner and I'll make a good salad with them,high protein, eggs, chickpeas etc. Staying committed to lowering my BSLs, losing these 15 kilos, and drinking my water oh and not bingeing at night...so now after dinner, I brush my teeth and call it a night 🙏
