GOAL! 🎉 Actually over-shot by 300g 🙃 25kg in nine months and seven days! now onto figuring out my maintenance calories. Any advice?

That is amazing! How did you do it? Can't get my weight to drop, but I've become an expert at maintaining... Exercise 150 minutes a week and try sticking to 1800 calories a day. I also eat a ton of vegetables (I cheat like crazy on the weekend).

Thank you all 🥰 I started at a lower calorie level than Fat Secret suggested, as it seemed a bit high. I dropped my calorie intake as my weight went down. And I do a brisk walk everyday at work (about 3km), which also helps with back and hip pain. I maintained my daily 500kCal deficit as much as possible. On days when I was planning on having one heavy meal, I made sure that my other meals were smaller. And that's really all there was to it 🤷🏼‍♂️
