It’s been a week. We did make some ting out of it. I’m kinda proud that I lasted for one week. Gonna continue this for some more time. Intermittent fasting is doable. I mean, I strictly stop eating at 8 pm night and start my first meal at 12:00 on next day afternoon. This is my 16-8 fasting. It’s not making me super tired although it does need determination.
