I weighed myself but forgot to add it here. another setback, but with 3 it's shame on me lol. updating it now on the 27th and so far this week has been great. A return to form. I started posting on YouTube and TikTok about my weight loss so far and plan to update those as having that engagement with others will help to keep me focused. I have always loved FatSecret for it's support over the years and the calorie counting I started here, so it's got a special place in my heart. I'm looking forward to Monday to see how this week shapes up.
