Hey, just wanted to say that you HAVE made progress, as long as you keep losing weight, you can gain a little back here and there, you should focus on the general trend and you ARE losing weight, keep it up!

Hi, have you tried hypnotherapy? I've struggled with bad eating my entire life and I began a 5 week hypnotherapy 1.5 weeks ago. Everything feels different this time. every previous diet I was angry and jealous of everyone around me, this time I just know it has to be done. It's like the longest load of laundry I need to finish or something - I'm super excited!! just a thought if you haven't tried it yet

Thank you keetskinnane, I haven't tried hypnotherapy yet, but now I know about it I'll give it some thought. Like you my struggles with food started early, and it's been a long and mostly difficult journey, I've got 4 days up now where I've stuck to my healthy food plan and haven't binged. I even got through the shopping isles yesterday without feeling tempted and that was amazing. I'm excited too and hope your progress continues. 😊
