Wow.....So last year I went to Korea and lived there for a few months. I gain SO much weight when I go there. I don't know why....well, maybe it's my Korean mother in law who's constantly feeding me. lol But yeah, then I got married and got all fat-n-happy. Now I'm totally fatter than I've ever been!

This is NOT acceptable. So I started working out last week. I started out at 143, and I'm still there. But my measurements have already begun to change.

Here's what they were when I started

Hips: 39"
Waist: 31"
Bust: 37"

Now the bust measurement hasn't changed, but my hips and waist are down by a half an inch. And when I look in the mirror, I can see that I'm a little skinnier. So yay!

I have to lose weight. I feel really big, and seriously, my clothes don't fit. I only have a couple pairs of jeans that fit, and only one pair of shorts...none of my capri pants fit. I am NOT buying new clothes because I'm too fat for the ones I already own. It's time to get busy!

I've been jogging 3 miles a few times a week, and I have p90x, but I've just been doing the stretching one and the ab ripper workouts lately. I should add arms too, because I hate how flabby my arms are right now. I should add that measurement too.

Okay arms are: 12" at the widest point. UGH.

GOTTA GET FIT AGAIN. STARTING NOW!
