I seem to have hit a plateau for about a month now. It may be a struggle to reach my goal, but I'll just have to continue on and hope for the best. I reached my BMI before, but it was 12 years ago, and I had more energy then and I was able to do daily workouts, versus only doing weekly workouts now.
I'm 58 ATM. Aging sucks, but you're only as old as you feel. Emotionally, I have always felt 15, physically, usually 80, with arthritis, muscle knots, a bad back, etc.
I am self diagnosed for Myofascial Pain Syndrome and I also suffer from Plantar Fasciitis but I rarely take any over the counter pain medicine and no muscle relaxers. I wear custom Orthoddic inserts in my sneakers and I currently do chiropractor and self trigger point massage therapy (using Bio freeze, an awesome product, I buy by the gallon) and a massage machine and muscle rolling sticks that I bought and stretching and occasional exercise for pain control. I work in Nursing and I'm always reinjuring my self, but as far as I know, I still don't have any herniated discs in my back. I have 7 more years to go until I can retire from my work. Life is indeed a struggle. Thankfully we only need to get through one day at a time. Thanks for reading!

it sounds like things are tough but you've got a great mindset. you've got this! don't ever lose faith in yourself. I feel that physically 80 thing. I've got rheumatoid arthritis and numerous other junk and it's really a pain.
