So according to my weightloss, it's only a 300gram loss. however, I'm checking BSLs before and after meals, walking over my 6k limit of steps most days, so now need to up that, trying to take photos of most meals and get back on track. will be amping it up every week. Thank you to all that are supporting me. I'll be 60 this year so I'd like to get a handle of this weight and lose about 15 kilos
