o my hat.. after all the bad eating i still dropped some weight.
so from today I must really eat clean till the 8 March 2015 , No junk cakes , chips , sweets , Junk junk junk, only real food and doesn't matter what my plate size, the food must just be real nutrition.
Day 1 almost past but i crave some chips already , luckily no shop at the new work building.

Real food indeed is the way to go! have a site or two which is fully geared to this idea! let me know if you want the URL. The craving is for processed foods and it's actually been proven that highly processed/fatty foods are adictive.

thank you all. Getting thinner : please share your links? Our company moved premises , meaning no shop like the spar shop we had down stairs on the ground floor,at the old building, so this past 2 days it was all about bringing food to work ,but you know when you feel like nibbling on something , then chips comes to mind, I feel like that whole day but didn't have any thing bad , only 3 cups of coffee with no sugar and milk and my lunch and my snacks a banana and apple. I will really have to bring more food to work as I had all that this morning till lunch time.since after 12 I had nothing more to eat. what do you snack on ? I need ideas stuff that I can keep in my draw.

What I have normally (and what I lost majority of weight on before) is carrot balls and sugar snap peas. Today I brought that for snacking as well as celery and plums. and for actual lunch I had tuna, avo and boiled egg mixed together with some olive oil. Very filling and gets rid of cravings I have late afternoon for naughty things!
