Bad decisions and cake. Birthday cake. Of the chocolate variety. Yum.
My son turned 5, so we had two cakes to celebrate and I had a soda yesterday after 4 days of no soda and one day of no caffeine. It was DELICIOUS. But It's Ash Wednesday, the second time people (Catholics) start a diet they will give up after 40 days. ((ROFL))
So for Lent I'm going to pray a decade on the way to work every day. I'm also going to try to live a healthier lifestyle.
You know, I've read a TON of diet books and they all seem to say the same thing. I should write one with the condensed version of every diet book out there. I would make a TON of money.

When I went to submit this, FS told me I'm gaining weight rapidly, at 7.5 pounds a week. Thing is, I know I will stay within 208 and 213, like I always do. I just wish I could get down to 199!!
