Good morning. This is going to be so random; so I apologize. You and I became friends on Fatsecret like 8 years ago! LOL! And for some reason, I get your journal entries and I don't know why. Anyway, I just want to encourage you. I'm in the same boat. I desperately need and want to lose weight and get healthy; but I'm my biggest saboteur. But this is our year!!!
