A bit of a disappointing week, and although I have recorded the same weight, I have actually dropped a pound, and am now below 10 stone, but it seems that my initial calculations from pounds to kilos was out so I have levelled it up. As regards my challenges I must focus myself more, though to be fair to myself I have been busy working on a 60th anniversary cake for friends, the sugar flowers of which have taken up most of my spare time. On the plus side my diet is going well, but I now need to tone up and work on my muscles which seem to be in not so good condition. Arms and tum in particular. Time to get serious with my new hand weights I think.
