Almost a pound a week seems good to me. I have found that losing weight on a slow but steady basis tends to be maintained more naturally versus big drops which can lead to big gains, hence the yo-yo effect.

I agree with Karsiob. That’s just over a lb a week, and my understanding that is a steady pace to lose weight for long term change (keeping it off).
