I didn't eat enough yesterday. I ended up at 1300 calories of the 1700 alotted. Oh well, again, I will not eat just to eat. I do try to time it right, but sometimes I am way off on my estimates of how much I plan to eat. Usually, it's for the better, as I generally think I can eat more than I actually can. So today, I lost a few hundred of the re-gained grams. 300 more until I am back to 99 kgs, 400 more to reach a new, lowest weigh-in. It should be here in a few days.
