Did pretty good over the weekend. Was at a retreat all weekend so couldnt pick what I ate, but I managed to still watch it and not gain any weight. Didnt really get to work out this weekend either, but now I am back into the swing of the things. I had a really good work out this morning and cant wait to continue. :) Hopefully I can get to 130 by the wedding.
