lost 1/2 pound, I'll take that. Yesterday was a heavy workout day for me. Super Callanetics, took all day but I got it done :) Today I am going to get some house work done I hope. I have been entering food on sparks people but going to try to migrate that to this site, like the community better here :)

So onward,very high fat yesterday, 85% of my calories was fat,a paltry 14% was protein and only 1% inc arbs. other than protein being a little low yesterday I am actually very proud of those numbers.
lets see if I can beat those totals today
