feeling frustrated that my weight has bounced back up even though I have not deviated from my diet and am exercising for at least an hour each day. Ah well. I guess it will head in the right direction if I just keep swimming :-)

Not to worry - I have fluctuations like this - and its fluids, or hormones. The day after I check and its gone again.

Don't stress the little fluctuations - it is the overall trend that's important. I have had a 500 cal day, moderate exercise and given 500 ml of blood as well, and been a kilo up the next morning just due to fluid shifts

thanks for the support guys. I realise it's fluid, and try to just keep focused - it does get a bit disheartening day after day but I'll just keep plugging away :-)
