It's taken 10 days to lose 1/2 pound which realistically has been a struggle. After months of focusing on meal planning and exercise, the doldrums have once again reappeared as I've been down this familiar road many times. What will be different this time to not slip back into old poor eating and drinking habits? I'm trying to stay optimistic.
