Germany was delicious. I ate what I wanted and stopped when I was full. I drank soda during the day and lots of water with dinner. I'm not really into alcohol. Mother Nature also showed up on Thursday, so that could explain some of the weight loss.
I'm glad to see Germany didn't negatively impact my weight. :-)
