But, I rocked thoughs, steps this week. 53,003 steps for the week and I didn't included all the yardwork or the grass cutting. Hah! 6 pounds down. The dietary fiber is definetly working. Read it, in my husband's health login post. A 4 yr. study- dietary fiber, burns belly fat. Down 6,belly seems smaller. Haven't gave it the true test, Yet! Trying on something smaller!: ) That's my true test. Was talking to a cousin about old gym suit????? Hum.High School Gym Suit. Nah. Not yet!Water-No Prob,either this week.
