It’s been 10 days since my fat loss journey, strictly managed my diet with healthy food combined by protein carbs and fat, did exercise of weight training and cardio almost 4 days a week, 3.6 kg out of final target 16 kg has gone in first 10 days. The training level has not yet reached to my max still, especially intensity of cardio can still increase up to 2 times per day, but I wouldn’t go down to that path aggressively until my last sprint reaching to my goal in mid July! 10 weeks to go!
