Week 3 over and I've lost another 1.3kg. Very happy with that. I've been working hard at the gym, increasing my weights (after 5 weeks) and I'm starting to tone up. I hit the recommended 30+ different plant foods (exc. grains) during my challenge over the past week. I even managed to eat something new: fresh figs, courtesy of my lovely greek neighbour. Did you know that figs are really a flower, not a fruit! My challenge this week is to drink more water. I'm not really good at this :( Any tips/ideas will be gratefully accepted.
