Back to using an old Weight Watchers plan with the help of an app called Healthi which uses "bites" instead of points. I'm still going to use this app though to monitor calories and macros.

So pleased to be 3.6lbs down my first week of doing, so yippee now 5lbs in total. Now just to keep it up! Need to ease myself back into doing some exercise, but going to start by going out walking more again. I've no excuse really, bar laziness sometimes, as coming up 3 years ago we moved out of the city and now live on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor in England. So hopefully with Spring on the way it will make it easier!!
