We had a coupon for Outback steakhouse so I tried to order the best foods. I don't think it was the restaurant, I think it was the grazing all day deal. I haven't gotten used not eating so much. Today I will try to eat better but instead of eating full portions, I will try to use small plates. HOpefully that way I don't feel so deprived as I am starting to feel.
