Well, I had a feeling that my weight would be up a bit. I did a really intense kickboxing class at the gym last night, called STRIKE! Its sponsored by Everlast. We wore weighted gloves and boy did they STINK. If I do this class again I am getting my own gloves.
So my whole body is sore today, and when I'm sore I feel all sluggish. And also when I'm sore, my weight is up. Apparently when you're sore, your muscles retain water to help them repair...or so I've been told. But that explains why my weight is up a tiny bit everytime I am sore from a workout.
So, no worries! I will weigh in again on Monday and I'm sure it will be back to normal.
