Today I ran on my treadmill for a total of 7 minutes with a 2-3% incline and walked for 23 or so at a 6% incline around 3.8mph. It's super satisfying to feel spent when I get off the treadmill! After I stretched a bit and I'm still pleased with my progress there. I feel a bit dizzy, but that's not unusual for me post workout.
I haven't seen any movement in my weight since Friday, but I know that my weight loss tends to happen in sudden jumps, so I'm not that worried. The bump up today is just hydration variation.
I think my sweetie is feeling a little threatened by my sudden burst of fitness. It's typical for him to not know what to do, but I get the sense that he's feeling neglected. But he will only do fitnessy things if I ask him to, and I get tired of feeling like I'm dragging him to a park. I'd rather just go alone. =/
First world problems, I know. I think today is going to be amazing, even though it's first day back from a long weekend. Time to shower!
