After so many days of unrestricted eating, I'm surprised my weight isn't any higher than it is now. I have got to be mindful though. It's so easy to let portion size creep up. I'm going to eat sushi with my Mom today. I'll have chirashi bowl, which isn't that big a portion, a salad, and miso soup. That's plenty.
Really looking forward to Thursday when our daughter flies home! Then it's beach time for 3 days and just hanging out and celebrating her birthday.
