WHAT THE HELL!?

Yesterday I did not follow my diet. I had a ton of sugar and ate bread and ravioli.

I have no idea what I'm doing.
94.9 公斤 最近减少: 10.5 公斤.    还有: 33.7 公斤.    饮食准则: 合理的.
一个星期减少3.8 公斤

Maybe your body needed it yesterday bc it rewarded you with a nice 2+ pound loss. now you'll be more energized to get back on the wagon.

Well stop doing that!!! Lol! Spring is coming. Get yourself motivated. Go on Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation" or "inspiration". They have great pics, quotes, recipes, etc. It always get me moving. Try a new plan to jump start your weight loss. Try some new work out videos or take some new workout classes. Some great sites: Emilybites.com, skinnytaste.com and cookinglight.com Now get to it!!!
