I don't know what happened to me yesterday .... I failed T the end of the day! I ate and ate those "kind" bars. Uuugh I couldn't stop! I drank a lot of tea in the night but I craved so much!

Today I ate eggs with machaca and lunch I ate a grilled chicken with cabbage.
Snack I had an eas protein shake and tonight I think I'll have..... I don't even know what I could have. I'm drinking a lot of water and tea though. Hopefully I"lol see good numbers tomorrow I don't want to do any type of fasting.
