Just be mindful of Cortisol... it kicks in if you make it feel like you are starving your metabolism...
make it feel like it's getting food regularly but smaller portions...
you can do intermittent fasting if that's what you were trying to do... start off fasting at evening 6 to morning 8... something like that .. but, the decision is yours, meaning do it only if you can follow through...
