That's good to see you are heading in right direction again... 👏👏 Just be mindful of Cortisol... it kicks in if you make it feel like you are starving your metabolism... make it feel like it's getting food regularly but smaller portions... you can do intermittent fasting if that's what you were trying to do... start off fasting at evening 6 to morning 8... something like that .. but, the decision is yours, meaning do it only if you can follow through...

I'm eating again. It was hot the past week and I don't eat much during the hot weather. Probably don't drink enough either🤷 But I'm back to normal now.
