Yet again, same weight. :) Nothing to say except I am eating as much as I can good fats, veggies, and protein. Lots of teas, I swear, I think it's the teas that are helping more than the food. hehe

This morning I kinda did a fail. I ate 2 ezekiel cinnamon breads with 1 tbls of almond and 1 of peanut butter. Eeeks, for me, that's a lot! I also nibbled on oranges and apples that I had for my kids. Right now I"m sipping on coffee (something new) AND oolong tea, together. It taste kinda funny, but not much different.

I guess that bulletproof coffee didn't affect my weight today. :) Today I want to try Pizzadilla. It looked so good on my pinterest, while I was Food porning last night. It's low carb tortilla, pizza (homemade, no sugar) sauce, mozzarella, bell peppers, mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni, and onions, made into a quesadilla. We will see how that works out. :)

Well all sounds good on your side. On my side ... the weight is creeping on again, mainly because I have been having the odd bought gluten free friands (too much can sugar!), have had more red wine than I normall do, and I think what actually put the icing on the top, is that I baked a batch of gluten free scones, and ate too many. For me, being borderline diatetic, I simply must not eat carbs or sugar - as simple as that sounds ... Unfortunately, I do find that my mind/concentration is not as good as it was before the diet, and this bother me immensely. So not feeling very good about things lately : (
