Yes! I went back down to 126.... 1 week down 2 to go!! I told you Sunday would be a walking on the line kinda day. After church we went to Souplantation... I stayed pop, at least that what I'm thinking I did. I took my grilled chicken and we stopped at a whole food store before to buy a natural no sugar dressing for the salad. I ate my salad but with a lot of egg and most of it was the yolk... I think I did 4 tbs of the dressing which comes out to 12 grams of carbs for the dressing itself. I ate the cheese of the cheese bread and drank 1 bit of black coffee. No problem there.. I didn't even eat the cookies that I normally eat with the kiddos. yeay for me on that part because normally that is my hardest part of the day!!!!! I didn't even eat the cookies from the coffee area.
Where I did run into problems, believe it or not, was at home!!
I made healthy brownies the other day and I had some left overs... well I figured, "today waaaas going to be my cheat day...." so I ate 1 whole brownie. It had no sugar but it did have honey. :( Then I ate my chicken breast and some ground turkey that I had left over for dinner from yesterday with...... a tostada!!! uugh! I also had 1/4 avocado. See, so NOT THAT BAD, but I felt like I did majorly bad, I also had a coffee with half and half about 4 tbs worth of it. I'm getting better though, I did not have flour or sugar, I just had too much of the good stuff, again. I need to work on that.
I did some HIIT training right now at 10pm to work off that bit of what I had, I hope I see a good weight numbers tomorrow. I want to go into this 2nd week with good numbers and keep up the good work! C'mon Zaida.. you can do it!
