First day of IF yesterday. Not bad. Felt pretty good all morning, just a bit tired and hungry.
Lunch was AHmazing! Lol.
Then a bit hungrier at night than usual perhaps...?
But, cals were lower than usual.

Doing it again today.

Not sure what I'll do on morning workout days.. just go back to normal?

Need to read up more on this.
