Over a month and not a bit of downward movement. I have been at 164.6 to about 166 solidly. So I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing either. Note to body - 10 more pounds, THEN maintenance. *grumble*

I know, right??? What the heck? These bodies of ours seem to have a mind of their own! Have a wonderful holiday weekend. And congrats on no gains! ;)

I was truly thinking about quitting and going back to weight watchers the other day. But the gals at work told me even though I may not see it and the scales don't say it that I am losing weight and they can see it. Just the motivation I needed to keep me going. Glad you haven't gained.
